Super Duplex Steel UNS S32750 Forged Fittings are composed primarily of 50% austenitic and 50% ferritic phases, offering an optimal combination of strength and corrosion resistance. The material contains around 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.6% molybdenum, and smaller amounts of nitrogen, tungsten, and other elements. This composition provides excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking in chloride-rich environments. The mechanical properties include high tensile strength (around 80,000 psi), yield strength (around 55,000 psi), and excellent toughness at both high and low temperatures, making it ideal for challenging applications.

Super Duplex Steel UNS S32750 Forged Fittings contain about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, and 4% molybdenum, with additions of nitrogen for improvement in corrosion resistance. This alloy possesses good Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN > 40), high tensile strength (up to 800 MPa), and yield strength of approximately 550 MPa. Its biphasic (austenitic-ferritic) microstructure exhibits good resistance against chloride-induced corrosion and superior fatigue and impact strength, even at sub-zero temperatures. All these attributes render S32750 suitable for critical piping systems in aggressive environments.
We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
